Trouble logging into Student Self Service
Be sure to login at student.ufl.edu
using your GatorLink username and password rather than your UFID number.
- Are you typing your username in lower case?
- Are you typing your password in the exact case in which it was originally entered?
- Are you able to signon to http://my.ufl.edu? This will verify that your username and password are correct.
- Are you using a bookmark to reach the page? If so, try typing in the URL directly.
- Are you using a supported browser? Click here for a list of supported browsers.
- Have you tried clearing cache and cookies on your browser? Click here for instructions on how to clear cache and cookies.
