Office 365 at the University of Florida
Office 365 is a service package provided by Microsoft that will provide the UF community with email, shared calendars, instant messaging and web conferencing.
OneDrive @ UF, which is also a part of Office 365, provides 1 TB of online storage and allows users to create, edit, and share document online.

Office 365 consists of a variety of services which are organized into three areas: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Lync. SharePoint Onlineservices are not offered in the initial rollout, but will be added at a later date.
- Exchange Online - services include Outlook (email), Calendar and People (contacts). These services are generally intended for interaction with a specific person or a group.
- Skype for Business - communication services include instant messaging, an online presence, video and phone conferencing, and other real-time collaboration features.
- SharePoint Online - collaborative services (coming soon) include Newsfeed, OneDrive @ UF, Office Web Apps, and additional collaboration tools.
