Office 365 - Email

Email in Office 365

Getting Started with Outlook Web Access (OWA)

You can access your mailbox and other features of Office 365 via your web browser at the web address of:

After you log in the first thing you’ll see when you open Outlook Web App is your Inbox. From that screen you can perform all of your usual email activities such as reading, organizing and sending email. The Outlook interface should be self-explanatory; however, if you need further information, please check the Microsoft Mail Overview document.

Other ways to check your mail

Your Office 365 mailbox is accessible via the following methods or protocols:
  • ActiveSync
  • Exchange Web Service (EWS)
  • Outlook Anywhere
Most mobile devices support ActiveSync.

Mac users can use either Microsoft Outlook or Mac Mail (w/ EWS).

PC users can use Microsoft Outlook.

Regardless of platform, if your email client software supports the above connection methods you should be good go.
