How do I know if my port doesn't work?
If you are unable to sign on to the network and feel that your computer is configured correctly, make sure that all cables are securely plugged in.
If there is another port available in your room that is known to be working try connecting your ethernet card to that port. If your connections seems to work on that other port, contact Housing
